Lunchtime seminars and all-day webinars

Lunch-time talks and webinars cater to large groups and are best utilised to align employee’s attitudes toward mental health with their organisations. They are an opportunity to engage staff with varying experience and points of view toward Mental Well-being.

Content for these large group engagements are typically basic and revolve about The ABCs to PsychologySigns and Symptoms of Common Struggles, and Basic Coping Tools. Large group engagements lay the foundation to a building a culture accepting of mental struggles. Each webinar addresses our cultural biases toward mental health and drive participants to engage in real open conversations regarding mental health.
